SLVGives Regional Champion
We are proud to be the Regional Champion for ColoradoGives Day. In this partnership, we serve nearly 110 San Luis Valley nonprofits and lead the local effort to strengthen online giving. With firsthand knowledge of our hometowns, we strengthen local nonprofits by increasing online giving through our regional marketing efforts to donors and our technical support to nonprofits.
In 2024, we were able to go from 45 organizations to 91 organizations, raising close to $750,000 from over 2100 donations. In 2023, we raised nearly $500,000 and served 45 SLV nonprofit organizations.In 2022, we raised nearly $300,000 as part of the $53 million statewide total. In 2021, we raised over $300,000 for San Luis Valley organizations as part of the $54 million statewide total, more than double what had been raised the year before.

It's a one-stop shop where you can learn about local nonprofits doing good and schedule your donation. From land preservation to housing to education, our Valley is full of nonprofits doing amazing work who need your help.
ColoradoGives.org is a year-round online giving resource featuring more than 4,500 Colorado charities. ColoradoGives Day is an annual December initiative to inspire and unite Coloradoans to “give where they live.” Thanks to the support of generous donors on ColoradoGives Day 2024, more than $700,000 was raised for organizations in the San Luis Valley as part of the $54.6 million statewide total.
