SLVGives Regional Champion
We are proud to be the Regional Champion for ColoradoGives Day. In this partnership, we serve nearly 50 San Luis Valley nonprofits and lead the local effort to strengthen online giving. With firsthand knowledge of our hometowns, we strengthen local nonprofits by increasing online giving through our regional marketing efforts to donors and our technical support to nonprofits.
In 2022, we raised nearly $300,000 as part of the $53 million statewide total. In 2021, we raised over $300,000 for San Luis Valley organizations as part of the $54 million statewide total, more than double what had been raised the year before.

Made possible by the Community First Foundation of Denver, ColoradoGives.org is a year-round online giving resource featuring more than 3,336 Colorado charities. ColoradoGives Day is an annual December initiative to inspire and unite Coloradoans to “give where they live.” Thanks to the support of generous donors on ColoradoGives Day 2022, more than $290,000 was raised for organizations in the San Luis Valley as part of the $53 million statewide total.
Community First Foundation launched Colorado Gives 365 nearly two decades ago, and since then, more than $500 million has been raised for Colorado nonprofits.
